2. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or temporarily make unavailable any product without prior notice.
For custom or themed orders, availability may depend on the required design, ingredients, decorations, and production capacity.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice. However, the price applicable at the time your order is successfully confirmed will generally apply to that order.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed during the ordering process.
4. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

- Delivery address
- Preferred delivery date/time, where applicable
- Product selections

- Special instructions
An order is considered confirmed only after it has been accepted and/or confirmed by Trendy Treats.

5. Custom & Themed Orders
Custom cakes and cupcakes may require additional preparation time.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization instructions, including names, dates, colors, themes, messages, and other requested details.
Once a custom order has entered production, changes may not be possible.
The final design may vary slightly from reference images due to the handmade nature of our products.
6. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order.
For products that have already been prepared, customized, or placed into production, cancellation may not be possible.
Any refund or cancellation request will be considered based on the stage of preparation and the nature of the order.
7. Delivery
We deliver orders to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the provided address and contact number are accurate.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, traffic, weather, courier availability, order volume, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For time-sensitive orders, customers are encouraged to place their orders in advance.
8. Failed Delivery
If a delivery cannot be completed because:
- The customer is unavailable
- The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete
- The customer cannot be contacted
- The customer refuses to accept the order
- The delivery location is inaccessible
additional delivery charges or other arrangements may apply.
For perishable bakery products, we may not be able to redeliver or refund an order that could not be delivered due to circumstances attributable to the customer.
9. Product Quality & Freshness
Our bakery products are prepared with care and are intended to be consumed within the recommended period stated with the product or communicated by our team.
Customers should store products according to the storage instructions provided.
Trendy Treats is not responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage, exposure to heat, moisture, sunlight, or failure to follow recommended storage instructions.
10. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to:
- Wheat/gluten
- Milk/dairy
- Eggs
- Nuts
- Soy
- Other ingredients used in our bakery
If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us before placing your order.
We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment unless specifically confirmed by Trendy Treats in writing.
11. Refunds & Returns
Because bakery products are perishable and often prepared specifically for each customer, returns are generally not accepted.
If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or has a significant quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please provide photographs of the product and packaging where applicable so that we can assess the issue.
Approved refunds, replacements, or other resolutions will be handled at the discretion of Trendy Treats based on the circumstances.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and other website information are accurate.
However, occasional errors may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an order where incorrect information has been displayed.
