At Trendy Treats, we carefully prepare and package every order to ensure your treats reach you in the best possible condition.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver in Lahore.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the product and delivery location.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the product, preparation requirements, and delivery location.

For standard bakery products, estimated delivery times are:

Custom and themed cakes/cupcakes may require additional preparation time. Customers should check the product page or contact us before placing an urgent custom order.

3. Same-Day Orders

Same-day delivery may be available for selected products and locations, subject to availability and order cut-off times.

Same-day delivery is not guaranteed unless confirmed by Trendy Treats.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location and/or order requirements.

The applicable delivery fee will be displayed during checkout or communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address and phone number are correct when placing an order.

Once an order has been dispatched, changing the delivery address may not be possible.

6. Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged or the product has been significantly affected during delivery, please contact us immediately and provide photographs of the product and packaging.

7. Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Heavy traffic
Weather conditions
Courier delays
Incorrect address information
Customer unavailability
High order volumes
Public holidays
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

8. Failed Delivery

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or cannot be reached using the provided contact information, an additional delivery attempt may be subject to additional charges.

For perishable products, we cannot guarantee that a product can be redelivered after a failed delivery attempt.
